Many reasons not to go back
1. You sit beside the constant hum of the electrical panel during a pedicure even though you're asked to concentrate on the music when you comment on this issue
2. There is no diploma on the wall to show staff recommendations
3. The instruments used were not steril - used on other patrons (nail file taken out of a plastic box along with obviously used clippers, nail buffer was taken out of the staff's pocket, unpackaged foot buffer taken off the shelf)
3. Esthetician said she was still in school learning to be an esthetician even though someone came in for a dermabrasion type treatment while my nails were drying.
4. When I got home, the nail polish came off my index finger in one piece while I was doing dishes, it didn't even break or peel first
5. The esthetician's jacket was not clean
6. A lot of noise coming from the mall entrance which was right outside a dollar type store - definitely not tranquil.
7. The walls were not clean giving the place a grundge look - the place should be almost sterile, after all, you health counts doesn't it?
